Shipping Policy

All orders ship out within 48-72 hours after processing is finalized. If an item is on backorder, we will email you and let you know, as we proceed with our backorder protocol. Atarah Faith LLC is not responsible for delays due to natural disaster, carrier infractions or shipping transit times. Please check with your postal provider with tracking information provided to check the status of your order.

Shipping- Standard US shipping rates will apply. Your shipping will be added into your total upon checkout. International shipping will available for Canada soon. Please do not request for a price change on your customs form. That is our of our control. We will not be held responsible for any international packages that do not make it to their destination. Also, any packages damaged upon delivery we will not hold responsibility for, there is insurance on the package and it should be handled accordingly. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for for any delays. Once we ship it, it is out of our hands.
